Message from the architect

P3Architecture Partnership (P3A) has planted deep roots in the community over our 60+ years. Since the 1950s when our original founder Joseph Pettick designed the distinctive SaskPower building, P3A has been committed to innovative design that makes a meaningful difference to people, the community, the environment and the practice of architecture.

What we design affects people’s lives, where they work and where they live. We want nothing less than to ensure our impact is positive, enduring, and sustainable. We pour our hearts into our projects, and care about the people that will use and inhabit the spaces we create. The Conexus Head Office Project is no exception, and we are proud to be the Prime Consultant for this landmark building.

We know the location of the new building holds a special place in people’s hearts: adjacent to Darke Hall in Wascana Centre. We share that enthusiasm and passion for two of Regina’s cherished gems. As Prime Consultant for the College Avenue Campus (CAC) Renewal Project currently underway, we intimately understand the landscape and the buildings. Our expertise and our affinity with the CAC project will greatly enrich Conexus’ vision for an innovative building that harmonizes with Darke Hall, the Campus and Wascana Centre.

The Conexus project will not only set a precedent for office design and functionality, but it will enable the Campus to flourish well into the future and will revitalize Darke Hall as a premier performance venue.

For 80 years, Conexus has been positively impacting Regina and Saskatchewan communities, and P3A for over 60. Together, our commitment to the city we love and support will create a one-of-a-kind place for Conexus members and employees, University of Regina students, and the public.
